Eugenia

The orchestrator

about-persona-02.png

Orchestrators, like Eugenia, are the patient’s main source of support, as they not only help them with their daily tasks but are often managing their health.

They are diligent and organized, but since they have so much on their plates, they tend to forget or misplace useful patient-related information.

Orchestrators manage the patient’s Circle, which are those helpers that occasionally lend a hand when the orchestrator is not available to complete a task, or have very specific tasks assigned to them.

“There are so many things to deal with when you become a caregiver, that you just forget about things.”

Using fuel to improve their communication with others

Main motivator

To take care of the current daily patient-related tasks while being prepared for the future ones to come, and expedite communication/information sharing with the Circle.

Why?

Being proactive and thinking about future needs is hard since they need to be constantly taking care of the present, and managing the Circle is cumbersome as all members use different platforms to share information and updates.

We help them

Access information that would allow the orchestrator to be proactive when planning for caring for the patient, a bridge between all the tools their Circle is using, and a space for quick and easy sharing of patient-related information with the Circle.
