What is IT?
An innovative way to help psoriatic patients control their disease, inciting to share with the doctor all the details useful to improve their condition step by step.
HOW DOES IT WORK ?
The patient is invited to make a survey ranging from common information to most specific to psoriasis, declaring what he/she would like to discuss at the next appointment with the doctor and the desired effects of the treatment.

The doctor, on the other side, receive a graphical and synthetic report saving his time and providing a structured way to conduct the appointment, taking into account the patient's wellbeing, mood and stress.
