Our corporate partner is Bonfiglioli, a leading Italian company with over 60 years of experience in designing and manufacturing a wide range of products, including gearboxes, gear-motors, and inverters for different machines and applications.
OUR PARTNERS
SUGAR (Stanford University Global Alliance for Redesign), founded in 2011, is a global network of designers, engineers and innovators, that uses the concept of Design Thinking to redefine complex problems of a company and ideate towards finding a solution, in the span of 8 months. It brings together students from 28 universities across the world, grouped in a team of 6-8 students from different academic backgrounds to work towards the innovation challenges posed by these companies.
Founded in 1088, Alma Mater Studiorum - Università di Bologna is the oldest university in the Western world. According to the rankings, it is the 160th in the world and the 1st in Italy. It has participated in the SUGAR program for the past 4 years.
Almacube is the incubator and innovative hub of the University of Bologna. It aims to foster the economic growth of the region through innovation and by the creation of new businesses. Furthermore, AlmaCube focuses on successful collaborations with established companies, and on facilitating the education of new generations towards a more entrepreneurial approach.
Université Côte d'Azur is a recently created cluster of higher education establishments on the French Riviera that brings together the major players in higher education and research on the Côte d’Azur. Université Côte d’Azur aims to develop a new, 21st-century model for French universities, based on new interactions between disciplines, a new form of coordination between research, teaching, and innovation, and strong partnerships with the private sector and local authorities.
Invent@UCA is a program of the University of Côte d'Azur that brings together professionals, academics and students to support the digital transformation of organizations while training students in innovation and entrepreneurship.
