Paula

Paula is a 28 year old and works as a digital consultant. She is a very ambitious person by nature. She always has her cell phone at hand. With it she tries to control as much as possible via a few simple and powerful apps.

She would also prefer to conclude and terminate contracts independently of providers and according to her actual current needs. She is also happy to accept cleverly placed and individualized advertising.

Simplicity

21st centuries customers are technology-spoiled. This requires fast and easy handling as well as a comprehensive terms and conditions.

Availability

Being constantly connected through your smartphone implies that the services provided on this device need to be independent of time and location.

Flexibility

Todays life plans are non-linear. Therefore, insurances have to adapt to your life as fast as it changes, providing unbound solutions.
